Frazzled What!?

Hey! My name is Sarah, a SAHM to two vibrant girls under the age of 5.

I have spent the majority of my life living on a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean called Kaua’i. I ventured across the Pacific to South CaroIina for a season to complete my studies to become a certified Early Childhood & Elementary Teacher.

I then was summoned back to my island home

where I taught and directed a Preschool for four years.

My life was beautifully turned upside down upon having my first child and I struggled as a working Mom. I shifted career wise to teaching an even younger crowd of infants and toddlers in an Early Intervention program on island.

After having my second child, I very briefly worked as an RBT for an Autism Clinic, but soon realized the SAHM was definitively calling me.

I am almost in year two of this wonderful journey as a freckled red head

that often feels quite frazzled in this journey as a first time SAHM.
